I have seen this several times and it is always inspirational. I have actually used it to kick off teacher professional development and it is very powerful in assisting in establishing a good foundation for starting a great school year. If we all believe in every child, think of the places that they will go and the heights that they will reach.
It is these types of quick motivational links that I believe truly get the teachers ready to get back in the classroom. As much as the teachers may roll their eyes when it begins the value add is always there at the end. I always try to bring something into every couple of meetings just to keep the main thing, the main thing….kids.
