Sometimes those random conversations we have reveal fabulous ideas we may not have ever considered. It is not uncommon for me to encounter that in my building….random fabulous ideas. As I breezed through my library this afternoon, I stopped to speak to a member of my library team (I must add here that our library staff is a major asset to our school). She frequently shares ideas and resources with me. She is a fellow blogger, who has far surpassed my abilities and is the “blended learning” guru in my building. Recently, she introduced me to the new “theories” behind the 21st century library platform. It is at the end of the day, when conversations such as these have occurred, that I go home and think about how much I enjoy working with great people.
